 My name is Tony Rigg and my wife is Dorothy, we live in Worrigee, NSW

 

I have been stopped from telling the truth about our case against the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for nearly 23 years. Our case is about our dealings with the Bank staff and the fact that we were never in default. I will demonstrate how the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's staff, lawyers, receivers and others are above the law and can commit any crime against their victims without fear of prosecution. It is not the bank that commits the crimes it is the people that run the bank. Today, we would have been major employers, exporters and a great benefit to the local community. All that has now gone! I will explain the Foreign Currency Loan Fraud by the C.B.A. Treasury also CREATION OF CREDIT"

 

We were framed by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia staff, lawyers, receivers and others.

This "FRAUD" started the day we signed the contract in June 1985. The C.B.A staff did not abide by contracts we signed. We have been to the Supreme Court, to the High Court, Federal Court to the High Court. We have been bankrupted on false evidence. We were charged four different amounts of interest in the same account, the wrong account C.B.A. opened a No 2 in our company without our knowledge, this is "FRAUD". The C.B.A, staff did not abide by C.B.A. code of practice which is registered with the Australian Security's and Investment Commission.

 

I was arrested and charged with `being on enclosed lands' (trespassing on our own property) CBA manager John Griffith authorized my arrest by Senior Sargent Sam Nicholson, it took me nine years to clear my name. I can name people who have dared to stand up to the bank and put in prison. Some victims have committed suicide. C.B.A. staff have admitted to causing "SUICIDES", the staff have "BLOOD" on their hands.

 

WHAT WOULD CAUSE CLIENTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH BANK OF AUSTRALIA TO COMMIT SUICIDE?

 

I submitted a huge submission to the Martin Parliamentary Banking Inquiry but only 334 pages were released, known as the "Rigg Report". My submission is said to be one of the most devastating documents ever released by parliament. The inquiry was a "WHITEWASH". My submission covered three cases against the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to demonstrate that our case was not an isolated case. They are the Rigg case, the Taylor case and the Batiste case. CBA staff lawyers receivers and others have defrauded, my wire and I, the community, shareholders. Austrade, BHP, Lyasghts and the Commonwealth. CBA files say export markets will open up with support of Austrade and Lysaghts Mr. Rogers and Mr. Davey of L. J. Hookers Real Estate of Nowra conspired with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia staff; lawyers, receivers and others to steal our factory known as South Nowra Building World. Mr. Rogers was appointed as a receiver by FRAUD on an unsigned document. I phoned Mr. McMahon at CBA Nowra, I asked him for copy of the appointment, he said OK because we have you by the balls. We were forced into a settlement agreement under duress Mr. Rogers stole the rent from our factory and admitted in court he took instructions from CBA. Mr. Rogers duty at law is to my wife and l. Mr. Rogers admitted in court that he and Davey are family friends of the directors of Zenix Pty Ltd, they are J. and M. Grey of Greenwell Point near Nowra. He also admitted that Grey's daughter worked at CBA Nowra at the time and did not advertise South Nowra Building World in any way, "INSIDER TRADING". Grey's bought our factory for $ 260,000 less than we were to pay CBA out. We could not settle because of the dereliction of duty by Rogers. Craig Lochhart our former solicitor phoned me and said, Don Alston CBA manager in Nowra phoned him and is demanding an additional $80,000 to settle, "BLACK MAIL" we have a hand written note on this matter.

I had a meeting with Stuart Judge CBA Manager in Nowra about interest rates. He said, they don't care if things are good or bad, if there bad they put the interest rates up and watch the money roll in, he then said I know people that can't afford to buy meat anymore. I made a formal complaint but of course he denied ever saying those words.

We were paying 50% interest on the true loan, not 5 to 6%. CBA added on TROUBLESOME INTEREST, up to 25% interest, the document reads apply troublesome interest no advice to Riggs don't send bank statements. Then SHADOW LEDGERS up to 25% interest, I explained the figures to the FORUM, they all agreed we had paid the true loan out. CBA got judgment against us on illegal charges.

 

Our house at No. 2 Riverview Rd. Nowra, was sold to S. and N. Gould of Worrigee, which compounded the fraud. The Shoalhaven City Council was involved in the theft of our home, someone in council was sending our documents to CBA, they were working for CBA.

I have called on Prime Minister Rudd to lay criminal charges against all involved. I had enough evidence in front of me at the Forum for charges to be laid, which included my brief to Joanna Gash our Federal Member. Mrs. Gash said she would help us against CBA, latter she said she could not help us because she was reminded of who financed her election campaign. I gave the same brief to Neil Reilly the Labor candidate, he told me it has gone up the line in the Labor Party.

I have called upon Prime Minister Rudd to reintroduce the Moratorium Act, [Commonwealth Act] to stop "BANKS" throwing people into the street, because of excessive interest rates. I suggested all people put a caveat on their properties.
