In the past we have all heard of people having money transferred into an account by mistake by a bank. Often those people are charged and harassed by the bank and had accounts frozen.

When I was arrested for trespassing on our property the Prosecutor from the Nowra Magistrate's Court, went to C.B.A. and got the evidence to convict me. The C.B.A. did not tell him how they had got judgement against us by withholding evidence in the Supreme Court.

It’s not bad when J. Jarrett is calling for an investigation into our case under the Crimes Act, then Phillip Baer, Federal Police, Phoned C.B.A. and says no investigation will take place.

It’s amazing how the police will go to C.B.A. to get me convicted of a crime I did not commit, yet Federal Police will not go to my lawyers to see the evidence to convict bank staff and others.

If I had committed the crimes that C.B.A. has committed against my family and I, would the Federal Police write to C.B.A. and say no action will be taken. I think not!

I will continue to put highly sensitive documents on Internet until the authorities charge C.B.A. and others. The authorities assist the banks in evicting people, it’s about time they assisted the victims of bank fraud.

 Friends of mine phoned me and said they were buying a house. They said C.B.A. has the best deal. I said if you’re happy that’s the main thing. I said you must ask to see the Memorandum to Mortgage and it must be explained to you. They asked to see the Memorandum to Mortgage and were told you only get that when you have signed the contract. We did not know about the Memorandum to Mortgage until we were in litigation, and it was used against us in the Supreme Court. It’s illegal to add documents to a contract after you have signed it.

I am adding a list of countries from which we had inquiries , but not the individual companies, it is too extensive. This is because of the efforts of Austrade, B.H.P., Lysaghts and Hardies:

Bahrain, Maylasia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Pakistan, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, India Indonesia, Egypt, Sultanate of Oman, Thailand, Tonga, China, French Polynesia, Philippines, New Caledonia, Argentina, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Israel, Brunei, Belgium, Nigeria, United Kingdom, U.S.A., Tahiti.

If only 10% of these inquiries were successful, it would have been a huge business. It would have been a great asset to Nowra and Australia.

All C.B.A. had to do was to abide by the contracts we signed; instead they chose to set me up. Bank staff must be brought to trial.

No matter what happens, I will never give in!

Loss of material sales by major Australian companies

Loss of export dollars in a joint venture

Loss to C.B.A. shareholders

Loss to other countries; ie houses, orphanages etc

Whoever instigated this tragedy should be brought to trial. B.H.P., Lysaghts, Hardies and Austrade should call for an inquiry.

What I am saying is; if bank staff can destroy peoples lives with the stroke of a pen, what’s the point!
