UPDATE DECEMBER 2006 PART TWO

BRAINWASHED AND BRAIN DEAD AUSTRALIANS REMAIN
APATHETIC

We suggest if you want Australia to have a democracy in all 3 tiers of Government (Federal, State and Local) - (Council and shires) you should help us to network the truth about the major political parties by asking your family, relations, friends and their friends to study our entire website with an open mind so we can expose the cover-ups of the black-out media.

For more than 30 years successive Governments both Federal and State have been white-anting Australia. The Hawke and Keating Labor Government selling off our Airlines as well as the "People's Bank," the Commonwealth.

The Howard Coalition sold Australian Airports including Sydney and now is set to sell our10 million dollar a day earner Telstra.

Meanwhile our State Labor and Coalition Governments have Corporatised our Water, Gas and Electricity (power) utilities as well as privatising our roads (tolls)

The Howard Government on Tuesday September 13, 2005 announced they would double our foreign aid to 4 billion dollars, we only hope it's not at the expense of our war veterans medical and Pharmaceutical Treatment.

These return servicemen and servicewomen making sure we retained English as our native language instead of Japanese. Therefore we as grateful Australians demand free medical and pharmaceutical treatment for our war veterans.

SUCCESSIVE ACTU PRESIDENTS PLACED THEIR
POLITICAL ASPIRATIONS AHEAD OF THEIR MEMBER’S WELFARE

When former President of the Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) Bob Hawke became Prime Minister in 1983 within 18 months his Labor Government not only introduced Neo - Liberalism to Australia but introduced the full privatisation of Government Utilities which was to lead to massive redundancies of financial members of a union.

One wonders if the reward for major union executives for turning a blind eye to the welfare of their membership by supporting the Hawke-Keating Labor Government was a promise of a safe Federal seat, in the not too distant future. Two perfect examples of this scenario would be the former ACTU's Presidents Simon Crean and Jennie George. It's ironic that a portion of the union members dues was/is donated to the ALP (Labor) to fund their election campaigns.

Should you doubt our aforementioned allegations may we suggest you peruse our entire website or Link >Archives-or > Past Topics

This will explain how the Whitlam Labor Government betrayed Australian Manufacturers and their workers, and this white-anting of Australian workers was continued by successive Governments to this day.

A good example that the Labor Party is not that dissimilar in policies as the Liberal - National Coalition in that, they were the first Government to sell our Utilities, i.e. our National airlines and the "Peoples Bank" the Commonwealth without offering a Referendum for the Australian Public to make the decision. But the worse decision ever made by the Federal Labor Opposition was to cross the floor of Parliament to support the Howard Government's - United States Free Trade Agreement fully aware that it was neither Free or Fair. PRIME MINISTER HOWARD AND HIS GOVERNMENT
CONTINUE TO ABUSE THE AUSTRALIAN CONSTITUTION

The Howard Federal Government continues to abuse and fails to uphold the Australian Constitution and have been aided and abetted by the Opposition Parties in tandem with the six State Labor Premiers and the two Territorial Chief Ministers. Following are three good examples:

1. The failure of the Howard Government and their relevant Ministers and Bureaucrats to uphold section 109 of the Australian Constitution and institute charges under Federal Law against the NSW State Labor Government for introducing legislation to license a supervised injecting room for the use of illegally, imported substances, i.e. Heroin and Cocaine which are indictable offences under the Australian Customs Act.

2. That Howard and his Government have never been challenged by Opposition Parties both Federal and State for unconstitutionally applying an Illegal Fuel Tax, in that the Constitution forbids the Government to place a "Tax on a Tax" and this the GST certainly does, particularly in respect to petrol pricing where the GST is added on to the excise "which is a tax. It is constitutionally criminal and the Government knows that.

3. On August 21, 1946 the Chifley Federal Government had an issue of writ for a Referendum re: Industrial Employment to give the Commonwealth power to legislate on terms and conditions of Industrial Employment. This was held on Polling Day, September 28, 1946. The Referendum Result, Not Carried. Mr Howard is well aware that any changes to Industrial Reforms should be decided by Referendum. This is just another example of how far the Government will go to deceive the Australian People. His Dictatorial attitude and his Governments abuse of our constitution are not unlike the manner in which Hitler controlled Nazi Germany.

OUR FORMER CUSTOMS OFFICER PREDICTED COMPUTER FAILURE

On April 29, 2005 we held a forum at the Taree RSL and Golf Club, in which one of our main guest speakers was Bob Spanswick a 23 year, Senior Law Enforcement Customs Officer. On that night Bob warned the audience that the Customs new computer system was a sour lemon in the extreme and this over due system through Customs Minister Senator Chris Ellison and his Bureaucrats continue to ask for extensions and once again the Computerised system has broken down. The following report was filed by Tim Dick and Joseph Kerr for the Sydney Morning Herald on Friday, October 21, 2005.

The Customs Service's new computerised system could hardly have broken down at a worse time. Two months before Christmas the week old system, which is meant to speed up clearance time has managed to cause importers headaches as their orders sit on wharves, stranded by serious delays in customs approval.

While the two main stevedores, Patrick and P & 0 say the problems have yet to create a crisis the state Minister for Ports, Eric Roozendaal and Customs brokers beg to differ. Mr Roozendaal said the over budget, delayed new computer system was not working properly, creating a "major threat to the NSW economy." "Ships are arriving at Port Botany for the Christmas peak, there couldn't be a worse time to introduce a new computer system," he said.

"The entire state relies on this port to function properly especially at this time of year." He said port storage was almost full while the Australian Federation of International Freight forwarders said even if Customs went back to its old system; it would be difficult to clear the backlog.

P & 0 say it had contingency plans to shift containers to other places before they were cleared by Customs, and said the delays were hurting its "productivity." A Customs Broker John Woodford, said there was a crisis and that delays in the system were forcing him to work from 3 am to 11 pm. He said stevedore were charging his clients a minimum of $126 a container a day to sit on the wharves, and he was "copping the grief' from his clients for the delay. What used to take two minutes under the old system is now taking between five and 30 times longer, depending on the complexity of the import.

The Federal Opposition Customs Spokesman Joe Ludwig, called on the Government to act to fix the problems, saying; the Minister should now explain why he stuck to the October 12 deadline when all indications are that the system wasn't ready and is causing business headaches. "This project has had a lead time of 10 years and blew out from $30 million up to $250 million, and is still far from matching industry's expectations."

A spokesman for the Minister for Customs, Chris Ellison, said he had talks in Broome with Customs and industry representatives yesterday. He insisted the Government was working hard to have the concerns dealt with, and Customs, staff were trying to clear the backlog. There was obvious important security benefits attached to the new system, he said, and industry wanted to keep it.

For the sake of Quarantine safety we sincerely hope that the Howard Federal Government doesn't take short cut options and allows the containers to by pass Customs' searches. In these days of terrorism we can't risk the chance of weapons impinging our borders; in fact we can't risk the chance of drugs or diseased flora, fauna or food products inside our borders.

When night calls, there is no border security on our eastern sea-board, between our major sea and airports. For more then 2 decades, successive govts. Have continued to WHITE ANT our AUSTRALIAN CUSTOM SERVICE. In the early 90's the LABOR. GOVT PHASED out LAW ENFORCEMENT training for recruits in the customs service in lieu, they were trained to be CLERICAL STAFF for the purpose of collecting EXCISE.

IN 1999 the former minister for justice and customs AMANDA VANSTONE Successfully moved an amendment to DELETE section 184 of the border protection act 1999, with the support of the LABOR OPPOSITION, GREENS and DEMOCRATS. This amendment STRIPPED customs officers of THEIR POWERS to FORCE UNIDENTIFED AIRCRAFT over AUSTRALIAN WATERS to land at the nearest facility.

There is no doubt, what we see on the streets today, DRUG ADDICTS, CRIMES COMMITED with ILLICIT WEAPONS and UNDETECTED ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS are in the main, due to the INFILTRATION of BLACK FLIGHTS and OPEN SEA PORTS. The DECIMATION of our CUSTOMS SERVICE has resulted in OPEN and UNPROTECTED BORDERS.

SUCCESSIVE GOVTS have FAILED to inform fellow AUSTRALIANS that the greater majority of IMPORTED CONTRABAND, SEIZURES by CUSTOMS, QUARANTINE and FEDERAL POLICE are from TIP OFFS. Our borders will NEVER be SECURE especially on our eastern sea-board until our customs service is

(1) Given the POWER to be the SOLE AGENCY in CHARGE of SECURITY,                                                                                         BOTH in and on our BORDERS.

(2) The present customs' officers and FUTURE recruits must be FULLY TRAINED in LAW ENFORCEMENT.

(3) The HEAD BUREAUCRATS of CUSTOMS who WERE and ARE RESPONSIBLE for our INEPT customs agency over the past decades, should have their positions of employment TERMINATED, and REPLACED by THOSE who HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE.

WORK REFORMS FOR ALL INCLUDING OUR ELECTED MEMBERS

It's interesting to note that all 3 tiers of Government elected members are not required to have any qualifications to enter Parliament. This being a fact then all elected members and their Bureaucrats should adhere to the following Industrial Relations conditions being servants of the people.

1, Increase the number of sitting days that Parliament sits and so reduce their number of holiday breaks. Parliament would then have two - five months sessions with a two - four week holiday break.

2. With the advent of modern technology no more free travel overseas under the guise of study tours. Any information required by an elected member or their Bureaucrats can now be obtained and down loaded form the Internet.

3. All salaries to be reduced by at least 50% and likewise with their more than generous superannuation.

4. Abolish the so called Independent Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal.

5. Salaries to be negotiated on Productivity and Performance i.e. work attitude within and outside Parliament.

6. Superannuation by elected members and their Bureaucrats to be no more than the majority of Australian workers.

7. No jobs for the "boys or girls" when they resign or are voted out of office, especially those who were serving Ministers who could be suspected of having a conflict before or after the fact.

8. No smoking or consumption of alcohol within the grounds of     Parliament House.

9. Parliamentary vehicles must be utilised solely for Parliamentary business and must be logged out and in by signing a registrar.

10. All legislation to be dealt with, within the five month sitting, no recalling of Parliament. No extra remuneration for late or early Parliamentary sessions. We demand our elected members and their Bureaucrats to lead by example must sign the aforementioned Work Place Agreement.

This would alter a Government under corporate control, to a Government for the People, of the People by the People.

Senator for Queensland, Senator Barnaby Joyce Dear Senator,

We would like to draw your attention to the possible full sale of Telstra to a Foreign Multi-National Company who would over-ride any legislation the Federal Government implemented to regulate Telstra to protect rural and regional Telco Services.

Infact the Foreign purchaser would overcome this minor obstacle by taking the Government to the Federal Court, alleging restriction of trade. The Howard Government hasn't a legal leg to stand on, and in addition any money set aside by the Federal Government to upgrade services in the bush is rhetoric, nothing but rhetoric.

May we suggest, before you make a decision re the sale of Telstra, that you seek a legal opinion from someone you trust, about our concerns.

Kind regards, Phil Tzavellas

OVERWORKED

For a couple of years I've been blaming it on lack of sleep, too much pressure from my job, earwax buildup, poor blood, but now I found out the real reason:

I'm tired because I'm overworked. Here's why:

The population of the USA is about 273 million.

140 million are retired.

That leaves 133 million to do the work. There are 85 million in school.

Which leaves 48 million to do the work.

Of this there are 29 million employed by the federal government. Leaving 19 million to do the work. 2.8 million are in the armed forces. Which leaves 16.2 million to do the work.

Take from the total the 14,800,000 people who work for state and city governments.

And that leaves 1.4 million to do the work.

At any given time there are 188,000 people in hospitals. Leaving 1,212,000 to do the work.

Now, there are 1,211,998 people in prisons.

That leaves just two people to do all the work.

You and me, and you're sitting on your rear, at your computer, reading jokes!

FIGHTING FOR RECOGNITION
Taree man leads the push to reinstate records of overseas wartime service

A Taree ex-serviceman is leading the fight to gain recognition for Australian forces who were sent to Dutch New Guinea in World War II, but whose services have apparently `dropped off all official records.

Arch Mathieson was one of the Merauke Force (code `KKK'), created in 1943 and comprising around 6000 Navy, Army and Air Force personnel, under the command of NX49 Brigadier J Stevenson. The force was sent to Dutch New Guinea with orders to delay the enemy (the Japanese) for as long as possible, so Darwin's fortifications could be reinforced.

The returned servicemen have in the 60 years since been granted war service entitlements, but were devastated to discover recently their presence in Dutch New Guinea has not been recorded on official service maps, or anywhere in the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.

Mr Mathieson believes he knows why, and it smacks of an official Australian Government cover-up. After the war, Dutch New Guinea became part of Indonesia, and the president of the day decreed that all evidence of foreign occupation he destroyed.

"I am of the opinion that for some political reason the Australian Government of the day denied the existence of the force," Mr Mathieson told the Minister for Veteran Affairs, De-Anne Kelly in a letter earlier this year.

As evidence that he and his fellow Australians really did serve there, he enclosed three pages of lists of the units that served with the Merauke Force.

"We want some recognition of the fact that we were there," he said from his Taree home. "It's not so much for those of us who served, but for our families and for the families of those who have died already."

Mr Mathieson said he could understand how upsetting it would be for the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of returned people to one day visit the War Memorial in Canberra, hoping to learn and appreciate more of what their forebears went through while at war, only to find there was no trace of them ever serving their country.

His fight has been going on quietly since the middle of last year when RSL members received their regular edition of `Reveille'. In it was an official coloured map depicting `Australia at War in the South West Pacific 1942 - 1945', complied by the Battle for Australia Commemoration Committee.

It contained statistics of the Australian Forces in the Pacific War.   While there were plenty of references of the map to action in New Guinea, the remaining territory of Dutch New Guinea was conspicuous by the absence of any references Australians had ever been there.

"We were just gun fodder... the orders were to delay the enemy as long as possible. "Now nobody knows anything about us, and that's why I'm crazy as all hell. They're saying we weren't even there!"

Talking to `one of the lads' he served with, Arch's curiosity was aroused. When he began investigating further, he found there were also no references to the Merauke Force in the national war museum.

And that made him very angry. He had already spent years researching and recording the history of the Merauke Force, producing a number of publications including `Australia Remembers 1945-1995 - KKK Merauke Force Dutch New Guinea', `More Thoughts on the Regiment' and `4th Australian Infantry Division AIF Colour Patches', copies of which were all sent to the Canberra War Memorial.

Only after they had been officially assessed and accepted, Arch released them to the Families of the forces.

"All my life I've kept copies of everything I have written, so I have been able to send Minister Kelly lots of documentation," he said. "I wrote to her on May 11 this year asking for recognition for the forces; so far all I have received is acknowledgment that my letter has been received. Nothing since. "I believe our first troops there - the 62nd Infantry Battalion in 1942 - were in Dutch New Guinea illegally. The Defence Act was a written bill not signed until 1943, and which allowed our military to go beyond the Equator.

I think the whole thing is a cover-up," he said. "We were just gun fodder the orders were to delay the enemy as long as possible.  "Now nobody knows anything about us, and that's why I'm crazy as all hell. They're saying we weren't even there!"

Arch is now 86, and although he has lost his eyesight, there's absolutely nothing missing from his incredible memory and his photographic mind. He can rattle off statistics like regiments and their times and places of deployment just as fast as any computer can.

"It wasn't just the enemy that worried us it was the whole area we had to fight. There were crocodile, and cassowaries, and land snakes, and crabs, the mud, it rained every day.  The mud was like grey chewing gum that stuck to everything."

"In our regiment, every officer is now dead, bar me. As far as I know I could be the only one left in the whole regiment."  "It could be I'm the only one left standing." "Before there's none, I want to rectify this anomaly, not for me, but for my grandkids and my great-grandkids, and the great-grandkids of the other 6000."

THE FORGOTTEN FORCE

We went to Dutch New Guinea to fight for our country.

We went there to suffer, bleed and to die.

We thought that our country would recognise us.

But NO was our countries reply.

We did not ask for compensation or another medal to wear.

We merely asked to be recognised that we were there.

The Prime Minister’s words “We shall remember them lest we forget” we cannot applaud.

As requests to the Veteran’s Affairs Minister and the Battle for Australia committee were ignored.

We ask for recognition on the war memorial wall.

This is our begging call.

Families of those who served.  In your sorrow and remorse.

Oh please remember the gallant MERAUKE FORCE.

MULTI-MILLIONAIRE POLITICIAN LOOKS DOWN ON BATTLING, STRUGGLING AUSTRALIANS

Malcolm Turnbull, multi-millionaire Liberal party member for Australia’s richest electorate, highly embarrassed the Howard Government on Monday, August 2 2006, when he claimed there was too much fuss being made about high interest rates.

“It is a significant decision by the Reserve Bank, but it was (only) one quarter of 1 per cent.

He later said he was talking in relation to rises of a full 1 per cent and 2 per cent which occurred under Labor, when mortgage rates reached 17 per cent.

“I was paying off a house when interest rates were 17 per cent.  I know what it’s like,” he said.

We find it amazing that as a former merchant banker, that Malcolm Turnbull has omitted to mention that the 17 per cent interest rates being charged by the banks was a world wide phenomenon in other words high interest rates were world wide.  So one could be forgiven for believing that Malcolm Turnbull treats ordinary hard working Australians as being totally “brain dead.”

Re: The Oil Parity Pricing Rort.

The Australian public must support an independent inquiry into parity pricing from its original introduction to any financial relationship/funding between the oil companies and the Liberal Party: the failure of the Howard-Vaile Coalition Government to legislate to grant powers to the ACCC to monitor all fuel prices on a regular basis and if required take the necessary action against the offending Petroleum Companies. To do otherwise would be a serious breach of competition to the detriment of every Australian.

In 1976 John Howard, when Treasurer in the Fraser Government, introduced Oil Parity pricing allowing Oil Companies to artificially jack up their prices even though Australian production costs remained low as a deceitful contrived necessity: Oil Companies were given permission to charge overseas prices for all the oil discoveries in Australia, allowing them to make massive profits under the guise that it encouraged them to search for oil here. Howard's argument for its introduction was "Oil Companies needed greater financial incentive to search for oil." What was deviously kept hidden from the people was that over 70% of all oil exploration expenditures were reclaimed under Oil Search Subsidies in direct refunds of taxpayers' money and more in taxation breaks. So basically it would have cost the Oil Companies a minimum amount to search for oil. Thus there was no legitimate reason for introducing parity pricing.

On August 1, 1978, when he realized the Prices Surveillance Authority were on to him over this rort, Howard removed their authority to investigate. What was behind his panic reaction to prevent any investigation? What was he hiding?

Prior to this, we benefited from lower fuel prices: the only change that occurred was the Oil Companies now made 'billions in legalized robbery from the Australian people. So why would a Government deliberately allow Oil Companies to plunder its citizens in such a blatantly unsympathetic manner? And why did the ALP remain silent on the issue? In fact, when Hawke and Keating won Government from Fraser in 1983, they failed to address these concerns. Why? Why would a Government financially disadvantage every Australian family in favour of supporting money hungry Oil Companies?

So why are we exporting our oil and not reaping the lower cost benefits to the Australian people by compulsory usage here? Legislation should ensure Australian oil must be the priority usage here over imported fuel, and any percentage only of imported fuel be added above the cost of Australian crude oil. We produce our oil at less than $10.00 per barrel and buy OPEC oil at $70.00 per barrel. Statistics show exported Australian crude oil and OPEC imported crude oil. What evidence is there that the figures are correct and not purely contrived figures? After all, the Prices. Surveillance Authority and the ACCC have been prohibited by law from conducting any investigation. We have a seriously perverted democracy when a Government deliberately disadvantages its citizens to the benefit of overseas Oil Companies. Recent press reports say over $10 billion in GST charges have been taken on fuel, and on top of this the excise duty is applied to the fuel price, then on that figure GST is charged. This double-taxing is unconstitutional. When a productive oil well is discovered, there is never a Government inspector in sight, so the well is then capped, not plugged. Why? This practice needs investigation.

Farmers first discovered oil when drilling for water in the 1930's between Woodside and Lakes Entrance in Victoria, and were prohibited (by the Liberal Government) from developing it; in lieu they put it through cream operators and used it in their engines. That was the origin of the Woodside Lakes Entrance Oil Company.

THE TRUTH ABOUT PENSIONS

TO DISPEL MISINFORMATION CURRENTLY PROMOTED BY PARTY POLITICIANS AND THEIR SPIN-DOCTORS, THE FOLLOWING SYNOPSIS IS FACT:

1939 to 1945 World War II.

1942 to 1943 As a wartime measure, the Federal Government gained sole control over Australian Income Tax.

1944 Labor Prime Minister, Ben Chifley, introduced 3 Bills to establish the National Welfare Fund, to be financed, by a compulsory contribution levy of 1 and 6 in the pound on all personal  income. Opposition Leader, Robert Menzies, stated that the compulsory contribution levy should be kept completely separate. That it should be shown separately on the taxation assessment and paid straight into a "Trust" account, and not mixed with the general revenue. Menzies said, "The stigma of charity should be removed from the Age Pension. It should be an entitlement earned by the person's personal contribution to the fund."

1946 Prime Minister Chifley agreed and established, as from January 1, 1946, the National Welfare Fund - a "Trust" fund with the Parliament as "Trustee:" The compulsory contributions levy commenced on January 1, 1946. It was shown separately on the personal tax assessments for 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949 and 1950, and the compulsory levy was properly paid straight into the special "Trust" fund, and welfare claims were paid out of the fund. The balance in the fund in 1950 was almost 100 million pound.

1949 Robert Menzies became Prime Minister, and he introduced Bills to amend the Acts governing the National Welfare Fund. The compulsory social contributions levy was then grouped with the taxation assessment and appeared as one amount on the taxation assessments, and was paid as one amount straight into Consolidated Revenue. The sabotage of the National Welfare Fund had commenced. The Opposition Labor Party had collaborated in this sabotage by remaining silent instead of opposing Menzies' action.

1951 to 1985 The compulsory levy of 7.5% now included in the tax continued to be collected and placed in Consolidated Revenue, and treated as general revenue and spent, until 1985.

1974 to 1975 Labor Leader, Mr. Whitlam, abolished income tests for all persons 70 years of age and over, and paid pensions to all people over that age.

1976                 The newly-elected Coalition Prime Minister, Malcolm Fraser, cancelled the Whitlam achievement of abolishing the tests for all who were 70

years and over.

1977                  Malcolm Fraser with Treasurer Philip Lynch transferred the balance in the Welfare Fund account (approx. 470 million dollars) to the

Consolidated Revenue account.

1985                 The Hawke-Keating Labor Government repealed Acts Numbers 39, 40 and 41 of 1945 (the National Welfare Fund Acts). Thus the

funds finally ceased to exist. Yet the 7.5% levy continues to be collected as a proportion of the Income Tax Revenue. It also introduced the much-maligned

Income and Assets Test, thereby excluding millions of levy and tax-paying Australians from receiving, Social Services pensions. This money - these self

funded contributions - paid as a percentage of the total income tax collections - are to-day worth more than the amount of means-tested pensions paid out. Actuaries have calculated the non-means-tested

ENTITLEMENT due to EACH retiree to-day is in excess of $500 per week.

This surely debunks the politicians and their parties' claims that the younger generation are paying a proportion of their current taxes to cover the payments made to pensioners. The obvious shortfall has been swallowed by the Government's taxation black hole.

The historical summary above highlights the fact that politicians of opposing political parties each contributed to the agenda to destroy the entitlement, as it was intended. Why? when it clearly would not have, been the will of the people. While party politicians are controlled by a few people who are hidden from public view, yet are open to manipulation and outright corruption, there can be no certainty of the payment of pensions. It makes me sick to the stomach that I once voted for a major political party who was equally responsible for THE RORTING OF OUR DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS, we the Australian tax-payer, i.e. PENSIONER AND SELF-FUNDED RETIREES' PENSION BEING DISHONESTLY MEANS

TESTED.

Wake up, Australia',

The Real Facts about the Sale of Telstra

Question 1, Why does the Federal Government insist on selling its 51.8% share of an Australian asset that currently makes $10 Million profit per/day? Answer They need the money urgently!

Question 2 What for?

Answer  They have an unfunded $90 Billion superannuation payout to make to themselves. .

Question 3 Why Unfunded ?

Answer The government have fully indexed their own pensions to be inflation proof. This money has devalued so rapidly over the years that any contributions they made are valueless, however the "Golden Handshakes" are so huge that their contributions [including interest ] would not amount to much value at retirement.

Question 4 Where were they getting the money prior to the first sale of Telstra.? Answer The ALP put a referendum question to all Australians asking whether we would accept 7.5% tax levy to fill a trust fund that would pay all Australians a livable aged pensions. They calculated the approximate family growth rate for the future, The people voted Yes , the levy was introduced and every tax payer pays and still pays as part of our general Tax .

Question 5 This referendum is binding on government by law and can only be rescinded by voter referendum. So Where did this money Go ?

Answer The Liberals took the contents of the age pension trust fund and transferred it to consolidated revenue, and the ALP secretly removed the legislation.

Question 6 What Happened To Age Pensions ?

Question 9 Why Not ?

Answer, The major parties have agreed to Globalisation, Free Trade, and Open Borders through United Nations Treaties.

Question 10 . So what will happen with an ageing population, if the government is unable to fund Age Pensions ?

Answer The government has put into place a scheme where you must sell your home to the Banks [most which are foreign owned] as their financiers will be in a position to buy, you will be able to lease it back using the money from the sale, this money will be impounded.

You will receive a small subsistence payment, the amount will depend on what your home was worth and how much you owed.

After death the house belongs to the foreign financiers. This means that in time these financiers will own all property and related assets not belonging to Fully Funded, Fully Inflationed indexed pensioners, Politicians and Senior Public Servants.

Question 11 Is this what you want ?

Answer If your answer is NO - "Then what can you do about it" Firstly remember, this great country is still a democratic society, and Governments are voted into power By the People for the People.

Now talk to your friends and workmates, show them this article, network this imformation, use the power of the Internet, Australians need to be informed about the truth And demand answers from our Local Federal MP.

These Senior Politicans are controlling our future and must be held accountable for the lies and corruption that exists in many areas of Government - both State and Federal. Furthermore I promise you that together with my learned colleagues , we will continue to Expose any politician or government bureaucrats that attempt to undermine the future and Well being of Australia and Australian families.

We would like to bring to your attention how Australian Industries and ongoing redundancies and closures came about through the betrayal by the Whitlam Labor Government when they signed the "Lime Declaration" in March, 1975. The following Governments led by Fraser, Hawke, Keating and Howard continued the betrayal of the Australian people.

The Lima Declaration

The Second General Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (U.N.I.D.O.) met in Lima, Peru, during the period March 12-26. 1 975, this resulting in a declaration which has provided the blueprint for what has subsequently happened to Australian industry. The basic reasoning behind the declaration was that the drastic plight of the Third World was the result of the rapacious policies of the advanced industrial nations, Australia listed as one of these. The only way to rectify the situation was to transfer industrial resources from the advanced to the Third World, and then to provide markets for Third World exports, buying products once produced locally.

I The Eraser Government took over where the Whitlam Government left off, with Malcolm Fraser extolling the virtues of the programme under the guise of "The North-South Dialogue". The Hawke-Keating Government has increased the tempo of the programme, Hawke, Keating, Button and other senior ministers frankly telling Australians they are working to INTERNATIONALISE the Australian economy.

'MORE THAN HALF OF AUSTRALIA'S MANUFACTURING CAPACITY HAS BEEN DESTROYED SINCE 1974. And the destruction continues, while Australian imports vast quantities of goods once produced locally.

I In 1970 there were approximately 300,000 farmers. THERE ARE NOW ONLY 1125,000, WITH THOUSANDS MORE DOOMED TO DESTRUCTION UNDER THE HAWKE-KEATING STRATEGY.

The following are tile main recommendations of The Lima Declaration:

(35) "That special attention should be given to the least developed

countries, which should enjoy a net transfer of resources from the developed countries in tile form of technical and financial resources as well as capital goods, to enable the least developed countries in conformity with the policies and plans for development, to accelerate their industrialisation;"

(41) "That the developed countries should adhere strictly to the principle that the Generalised System of Preferences must not be used as an instrument for economic and political pressure to hamper the activities of 'those developing countries which produce raw materials;"

(43) "That the developing countries should fully and effectively participate in

the international decision-making process on international monetary

questions in accordance with the existing and evolving rules of the

competent bodies and share equitably in the benefits resulting therefrom;"

(52) "That developing countries should devote particular attention to the

development of basic industries such as steel, chemicals, petrochemicals and engineering, thereby consolidating their economic independence while

at the same time assuring an effective form of import substitution and a

greater share of world trade;"

I In order to achieve the above recommendations, The Lima Declaration

advocated the following Plan of Action:

(59) The developed countries should adopt the following measures:

(a) Progressive elimination or reduction of tariff and non-tariff barriers, and other obstacles of trade, taking into account the special characteristics of the trade of the developing countries, with a view to improving the international framework of the conduct of world trade...

(b) Adoption of trade measures designed to ensure increased exports of 1 manufactured and semi manufactured products including processed j agricultural products from the developing to the developed countries;

(c) Facilitate development of new and strengthen existing policies, taking into account their economic structure and economic, social and security objectives, which would encourage their industries which are less competitive internationally to move progressively into more viable lines of production or into other sectors of the economy, thus leading to structural adjustments within the developed countries, and redevelopment of the productive capacities of such industries to developing countries and promotion of a higher degree of utilisation of natural resources and people in the latter;

(d) Consideration by the developed countries of their policies with respect to processed and semi-processed forms of 'raw materials, taking full account of the interests of the developing countries in increasing their capacities and industrial potentials for processing raw materials which they export;

(e) Increased financial contributions to international organisations and to government or credit institutions in the developing countries in order to

facilitate the promotion of financing of industrial development. Such

contributions must be completely free of any kind of political conditions and should involve no economic conditions other than those normally imposed ' on borrowers.

To Section (e) was added the following rider: "Urgent consideration of the question of re-scheduling of debt servicing of long-outstanding debts, their conversion, if possible, into grants and granting favourable treatment to the industrial and financial requirement of the developing countries most seriously affected by tile present economic crisis..."
