Fire Services Levy: Paid on Insurance – 18% on domestic and 34% on commercial policies.

General Insurance Duty: 5% of the value of the premium, including fire services levy and GST.

Over and above the GST, there are more than 600 hidden taxes and levies.  With all the extra income, the Federal and State Governments cannot get the infrastructure correct, re; Health, Education, Transport and Roads.
