CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHISTS, DAVID FLINT AND KERRY JONES, DISPLAY THEIR TRUE POLITICAL COLOURS

David Flint and Kerry Jones display their true political colours by their hypocritical behaviour in remaining silent regarding the Howard-Vaile-Liberal-National Coalition’s breaches of the Australian Constitution, in that they failed to uphold Section 109 of the Australian Constitution by allowing the then Bob Carr N.S.W. Labor Government to legislate against Federal Law (the Australian Customs Act) by legislating to license an injecting room at Kings Cross, allowing registered addicts to inject illegally imported substances, i.e. Heroin and Cocaine.  Link >>>> INVALID DRUG LAWS – SHOOTING GALLERIES.

The Howard Coalition’s unconstitutional taxing of fuel by double-taxing with GST and a bi-annual excise.  And finally, the Ben Chifley Labor Government held a Referendum on Polling Day September 28, 1946, asking Australian voters to give the Commonwealth power to legislate on terms and conditions of Industrial Employment.  The Referendum was lost.  The Howard Government’s failure to ask the Australian voters to decide by referendum regarding changes to Industrial Laws is not only unconstitutional, but clearly shows that, since they’ve gained control of both Houses of Parliament, the Howard Government is not dissimilar to Hitler in the way he ruled Nazi Germany.

The failure of Mr. Flint & Mrs. Jones to bring to the attention of their fellow Constitutional Monarchists that the Howard Government is governing Australia unconstitutionally leads us to perceive that they support the Howard-Vaile Coalition Government’s dictatorial actions.  What hypocrites they are!
