NSW OPPOSITION LEADER PETER DEBNAM  REMAINS SILENT

                                                                REGARDING INVALID DRUG LAWS

NSW State opposition Leader Peter Debnam is a perfect example of what party politics is all about. It was not long ago that two of our colleagues approached the state opposition Shadow Attorney General Chris Hartcher and former Leader Kerry Chikarovski regarding the invalid and illegal licensing of the Kings Cross trial Injection rooms. At this meeting they all agreed that the legislation by the Carr Government to Licence the Injection Room , was in fact invalid and illegal under section 109 of the Australian constitution and under Federal Law [Australian Customs Act ] Yet when this Bill came up in the house for final approval none of these senior ministers objected to the governments approval of the use of  illegal substances, which was also a direct violation of Australia's agreement , as a member of the International Narcotics board. It is plainly obvious that Mr Debnam turned a 'blind eye' to this issue , knowing full well that his Federal colleague Prime Minister Howard and the Coalition have done the same, therefore themselves committing Indictable Federal Offences, against the NSWcommunity
